Member or regular attendees of the Church of the Brethren and employees of Brethren agencies and ministries (i.e. colleges, retirement centers, and denominational staffs) and historically-related churches are eligible for membership.

- Old German Baptist Brethren
Also open to participants in Amish, Mennonite, or Quaker groups.
